Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some rooms are private, while others are shared and offered at a lower rate. Pricing includes the total cost of the retreat, including accommodations, meals, and program activities.

Your Retreat Hosts

Andi Palladino

Andrea Palladino is a 500-hour RYT certified yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist, and experienced studio manager at Melt Yoga Studio. With over 15 years dedicated to bodywork, movement, alignment, mindfulness, and meditation, Andrea’s practice blends both physical and spiritual dimensions. She has spent years immersed in spiritual practices, including various initiations in meditation and travels around the world working closely with respected gurus and yogis. Andrea is also well-versed in the philosophy of yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic wellness, integrating these teachings into her work. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Living and Soil Science from Maharishi International University, where she cultivated a strong foundation for merging sustainability with holistic health practices.

Steve Safranek 

Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Steve is a dedicated fitness professional with a deep passion for wellness and personal growth. A former college athlete who played football for the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers, Steve has always been driven by a commitment to physical excellence. After 16 years in retail with Target, he made a bold decision to fully immerse himself in the fitness community.

With over a decade of experience in yoga, Steve currently teaches at Lifetime in Omaha, where his approach emphasizes balance, mindfulness, and inner peace. In addition to yoga, he is a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and energy worker, offering a holistic approach to fitness that supports both body and mind.

Steve is also the author of The Shit No One Wants to Hear, where he shares unfiltered insights to help readers confront and overcome the challenges that hinder their personal growth. His mission is to empower individuals to discover their self-awareness, evolve, and find joy in life.

As a Projector in human design, Steve thrives by waiting for the right invitations to share his expertise, ensuring his guidance is impactful and meaningful.
