Andi Palladino
Andi Palladino is a 200-hour RYT certified yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist, and experienced studio manager at Melt Yoga Studio. With over 15 years dedicated to bodywork, movement, alignment, mindfulness, and meditation. Andrea also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Living and Soil Science from Maharishi International University, integrating holistic wellness with sustainable practices.
Meet your instructors
Steve Safranek
Steve is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Pilates Instructor, dedicated to promoting physical and mental well-being. He graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology in December 2002, earning double minors in Portuguese and Health and Human Performance. Completing his degree in 3.5 years while competing as a student-athlete.
