Week 6 Movement | Slow Flow, Nerve Flossing & Parasympathetic Reset

In Week 6 of the Aligned Corporate Wellness Program, our movement session focused on slowing down to move smarter, not harder—activating the parasympathetic nervous system to support calm, clarity, and healing.

🧠 What We Practiced:

🌀 Slow, Controlled Flow – Encouraging presence in movement and strengthening through intentional transitions
🦋 Nerve Flossing Techniques – Gentle movements to release tension and improve nerve mobility
🌿 Parasympathetic Activation – Using breath and pacing to downshift from stress into rest-and-digest mode

When we move with control and awareness, we’re not just working muscles—we’re signaling safety to the nervous system. This opens the door for deeper release, better flexibility, and greater mind-body connection.
