Movement Week 1: Basic Yin Yoga with Andi

Welcome to Week 1 of our 8-Week Wellness Program with Aligned Corporate Wellness! This foundational Yin Yoga class is designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and invite stillness through long, passive stretches. Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on: ๐ŸŒฟ Releasing tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders ๐ŸŒฟ Increasing joint mobility and fascia hydration ๐ŸŒฟ Activating the parasympathetic nervous system for stress relief ๐ŸŒฟ Supporting recovery from prolonged sitting or physical strain Use this time to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.
